My sanity as Mr. Librarian

I found this book in my library last year and display it up front with me, where the kiddos come to check out their books. It reminds me of my Cole-Cole, who can do this.

Summer read

So My Cole-Cole got this book at the Murray Library and I end up reading it and loving it. I want to read it out loud in the library at school this next coming school year. I've tried it out on my kiddos and they love it

STARWARS library

Mr. Librarian

I got a job as the librarian at my kiddos' school. I love being there with them. I figure that now I have to write a book. I work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays and have Thursday and Fridays "off" for therapy. Maymers, my CHAMPION sister helped me decorate it in a STARWARS theme. I'll have to see if I can upload pics.
I am learning the ropes. My first week was without students and I kept laughing, quietly to myself because your quiet in a library, it reminded me of how Linguine on Ratatouille "familiarizes" himself with the vegetables. yes, my references are all PBS Kids shows and Disney movies.
My hard days are my last day, Wednesday, which are short days, but they're hard for me because I have Special Ed first thing and then all the kindergarten classes and all the first graders in mix it up rotations. I earn my days off.
